Shipping info

• When my order will be sent?
We ship orders every day. If you order after Friday morning, it will be shipped the next monday. If you are in a hurry: Paying with Paypal and iDEAL speeds up the total process. Please add your Order ID to the payment details! Read more about all the safe ways to pay us below.

•Do you provide Track and Trace information ?
Yes ofcourse, once your order is being shipping, we will provide you with all the Track and Trace info you'll need.

• When my order will arrive ?
Usually your order arrives 2 to 4 business-days after we have received your payment. With the Track and Trace information we provide you can easily check the status of your shipping!

• Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered.

• Do you ship my order in a discrete package?
Yes we do! Your order will look like any other package, it might make some small spray-can sounds.

•C.O.D. Orders:
In case of Cash on Delivery order, you can pay upon arrival of your order. When you deny your order, the normal shipping cost + C.O.D. cost will be charged.

• How can I pay at Henxs.com?
You can pay us 100% safe in 3 simple ways: iDEAL (Dutch customers only), PayPal, and by bank-transfer.
We also opened a Plus Girot bank-account as extra service for our Swedish customers!

The quickest way to receive your order is to pay with either iDEAL or PayPal, this way we can process your payment real quick and ship it allmost straight away. Bank-transfer usually take a couple of days. Once we have received your payment, we will send you all the corresponding Track and Trace details.

Det är möjligt att betala till ett svenskt bankkonto.Betalningen kan ske i svenska kronor.
Vi tror att detta sparar tid så att ni kan få era ordrar snabbare.
Det kommer att finnas en valutakonverterare så att ni kan se den rätta summan att betala in.
Som alltid ger vi gratis frakt vid ordrar över 200€.

Om ni vill sköta betalningen på det gamla hederliga viset i Euro så är det inga problem. I så fall sköter ni detta som ni alltid gjort, till en av våra banker i Amsterdam.
